In Eisacktal and especially in Feldthurns the autumn is not only a colourful season, but also a time full of pleasure and friendly get-together. Then, from October we celebrate an old custom called “Törggelen”. If you don’t know this yet, we invite you to come to our snuggeries and to experience our harvest traditions including hearty home cooking, cheerful music and good company!
Our cuisine has a large offer of typical autumnal dishes such as home-made sausages, wines from local wine-growers and other good drops, different kinds of fritters and much more. Very special delights are also the sweet chestnuts, which are harvested from our 18 chestnut trees and roasted.
Our “Törggele” evenings take place once a week and to order.
