The prices quoted are per person and day, each from two nights – with half board, full board or breakfast. Half board is offered if you stay for two or more nights. If you stay only for one night, you can order à la carte at our restaurant.
In addition to the current price, from 01.01.2014 we will also charge a tourist tax for the province of South Tyrol. This is € 2,40 per person per day (excluding children under 14).
Deposits:
We request written reservations via email or mail. A booking is valid with:
- the payment of the deposit of € 100.00 per room, with the date of the received payment
- the conveyance of your credit card number as guarantee. I
- If you stay for less than two days you can book without deposit.

For the deposit please give the dates of your holiday and as reason for the payment “Deposit + your name”.
Cancellation conditions:
A cancellation is unpleasant – for you as well as for us. We apologize for retaining 100% of the deposit in the case of cancellation at short notice (six weeks before the holiday). If you arrive late or leave early we have to charge up 70% of the half board price. I
Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the room will be at your disposal from 2 pm on. Earlier arrivals are also possible. If you already know that you will arrive after 6 pm or if you are late, please give us a quick call. On the day of departure we ask you to leave your room till 10 am.
Rooms: The rooms on the photos of the website aren’t on hundred percent identical to the rooms booked by you.
Dogs & Co.: For your four-legged friend we charge € 10,00 per day (without feed). Please bring your dog basket or cover with you. Out of consideration for our other guests dogs aren’t permitted in the dining rooms.
Mans of payment:
According to the legal decree n. 201/2011 since 6th December, 2011 in Italy it is not any longer permissible to pay in cash sums of more than 999.99 € . The following means of payment are permissible: cash cards, non-transferable cheques, bank transfers.
